    The room sizes feel cramped, with little privacy and shared terraces!!! The bathroom design is poorly planned and lacks basic cleanliness standards!!! More accessible features would enhance guest convenience greatly!!!

    A nice hotel, lovely views, stunning location on the decking right on the lakefront. Friendly service from the welcoming, courteous staff members. Well-maintained premium double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Amazing and absolutely superb breakfast, plenty of meals. Location so close to New Zealand and the lake shore that oozes quality.

    Staff were absolutely courteous at any hour!!

    Everything was nice, we had lovely 2 days here. The breakfast served was delicious with the rate which was very delicious and a very light spread, for instance. The location seemed lovely so close to many attractions. Loved our time at the hotel, THANKS.

    What a good stay! We loved the private beach area where we could paddleboard and relax, and the fine views from our room were amazing. The hosts, even providing a tasty cake for afternoon tea and delicious breakfast options every day.

    My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would be great.

    Koura lodge is a lovely spot with amazing views of the lake. Our premium suite was clean, well-equipped, and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast on the terrace was fantastic, and simon really went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Plus, the private beach area with sun loungers was such a nice bonus!

    We visited the local attractions and found the freshly made breakfast to be a highlight. The scenic views of the lake added to the relaxation after a fun day outdoors.

    One downside was that our room was quite hot without air conditioning, making it uncomfortable at times.

    This place was a good pick for a relaxing holiday in Rotorua with great value for money. The breakfast was very good, set me up for the day. Make sure to book a taxi in advance to get to dinner since it's not offered on-site.

    The breakfast is delicious and superb with a beautiful view. Had amazing food. - the setting is excellent and lovely, not far from a restaurant up the hill at the back of the lodge. - Accessible by gondola. - Beautiful gardens and sculptures.
